Another hidden feature of BrainBrain has been completed -- though not yet fully utilized. All meta notes (that includes page top and bottom information, some special markers, and the error messages) can now be stored within the skin system, or in the database.
The database is always checked first. If nothing is found then the regular skin fallback system will be used to locate a suitable static text file. These files use the standard Brain BBCode.
There is still no sub-brain to main brain fallback, but at this time that simply isn't needed. And if needed a new skin can always be added to achieve that affect.
